- When the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice and then serve.
Cold Brew
For a smoother taste experience.
- Place the tea in a jug and add cold water.
- Leave to infuse for a few hours (or overnight in the fridge)
- Strain and enjoy.

Really like the fresh and rich taste of this tisane which contains very large chunks of dried turmeric root which swells up to almost looking like fresh root. However, as this tea is coarse in the extreme and also not cheap, it doesn't seem to go very far, making it costly. I wonder if the ingredients wcould be cut at least a little bit finer; they might yield the same colour and flavour using a slightly smaller amount that way probably?
