For a really fiery blend, add an extra scoop of ginger before brewing.
Iced Tea
Make as for hot, but add extra tea - double the amount of tea per cup is recommended.
When the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice and then serve.
Cold Brew
For a smoother taste experience.
Place the tea in a jug and add cold water.
Leave to infuse for a few hours (or overnight in the fridge)

What a surprise
A friend offered me a mug of pear and apple green tea the other day bought from a major supermarket. It was nice so I came to Simpli-Special to find the loose leaf version but could only find Choco Pear so I thought I would send for some. What a pleasant surprise. It has a lovely cocoa flavour, not strong, with a hint of ginger, but sweetened by the pear. Its different and I have been drinking it quite regularly. I will certainly be reordering this one.

Choco Pear Green Loose Leaf Tea
Sounds weird, but tastes awesome, more bitter cocoa than sweet chocolate flavour, and lovely pear too.
