The aromas of green tea and tingling sharp mint compliment each other well. A fabulous all-year-round tea to be drunk hot or cold.

A classic combination, unsurprisingly from Morocco. Whereas this tea may have originated there, it has grown in popularity over the globe. The mint layered in this blend creates a flavour profile that is surprisingly good as a piping hot brew, as with the traditional serving - taken like a shot, or as iced tea - great for summer.

• Milk not recommended for green tea.

Iced Tea Brewing Method

Make as for hot, but add extra tea - a rule of thumb is to double the amount of tea used per cup. When the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice. It is important to make it a little stronger as the ice will water it down.
Alternatively, you can place the tea in a jug and add cold water. Leave to infuse for a few hours (or overnight in the fridge) strain and enjoy. Cold brewing will give a smoother taste.

Cup Characteristics: The tea tends light liquoring, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The mint flavouring makes this a tea good to be drunk hot or cold.

Caffeine Content: Caffeinated.
