Information
Kombucha tea is said to have a lot of positive characteristics. It contains probiotic cultures that are good for your digestive system, so it helps keep your gut healthy! Kombucha powder is created after the fermentation process, then the kombucha is dried out. It contains probiotic bacteria, the good kind of bacteria that lives in your gut, and supports digestive wellbeing and vitality. The kombucha in this blend dissolves in the water as you brew your tea. We paired this with Sencha green tea, the revered tea of Japanese tea ceremonies. This ritualised cuppa is designed to embody 'Wabi Sabi': a quiet and sober refinement. Our blend is more experimental but we believe the experience of drinking our plum kombucha sencha green tea is transformative.
Milk not recommended for green tea.
Try brewing the mix for a second time and perhaps add a little mint or ginger, slightly more sophisticated for the adults.

Also delicious iced and cold-brewed.

Make as for hot, but add extra tea - double the amount of tea per cup is recommended.
When the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice and then serve.

This is really useful for aiding digestion. I drink it, once a day, 4 to 7 days a week, in the evening.
