- Fill with tea to taste
- Bend flap and use as a hook to suspend the tea in the cup
- Brew your cuppa
- Can be used more than once to re-infuse (if appropriate).
Hot Tea Brewing Method
- Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil.
- Place 1 teaspoon for each cup into the pot.
- Pour boiling water into the pot, cover and allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes according to taste.
- The longer the steep, the stronger the brew.
- Add milk and sugar to taste.
Iced Tea Brewing Method
- Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil.
- Place 2 teaspoon for each cup into a jug.
- Here you can add ginger root, cinnamon sticks, fresh herbs or flowers etc to taste.
- Pour boiling water into the pot, cover and allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes according to taste.
- Strain and cool. Add ice to fill.
- Here you can add many flavours, such as lemon, orange, apple or mint for a great refreshing twist on your cup of tea.
